Stop in and register your entire family for the summer reading program, Build A Better World! Participants of all ages will enjoy a variety of activities and programs, earn tickets for checking out and reading library books, and have the opportunity to cash in those tickets for fun and exciting rewards!
You can register at any time during the program, which will run through July 15, 2017.
The fourth and final Crooksville Bold Beginnings Event! Join us for the Very Hungry Caterpillar Discovery Day on Sunday, February 26th from 3 to 5 pm at the Crooksville Maple Avenue Christian Church (Corner of Maple & Burley Streets) in Crooksville.
The Franklin Park Conservatory will be joining us for an awesome Butterfly program during this event! In addition, there will be activities, kids crafts and prizes. The first 100 Families will receive their own copy of the Very Hungry Caterpillar! Children (ages 0-6) will receive a food pack, book and spring activity kit!
Giveaways are intended for families with children ages 6 and under living in the Crooksville Exempted Village School District. All families are invited to participate in the event activities.

Crooksville High School Commons 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Game Tickets sponsored by the Perry County Juvenile Court Fatherhood Initiative will be available for the first 50 dads and their children (ages 0-6). If a child’s father is unable to attend, the parent/parent figure able to attend can receive a ticket.
This event is funded by the Family Community Engagement Grant and Administered by ESCCO.
*All grant-funded giveaways are for families with children ages 0-6 residing in the Crooksville School District.
Story time is a 30-45 minute program which includes stories, songs, finger plays, and crafts centered around each week’s theme.
Parents/Caregivers are encouraged to stay with their children during the program. And to assist children with the craft portion of the program each week.
