Healthy Living for Seniors: Tai Chi Exercise Class
Adults (age 55 & older) slow down and enjoy the gentle, relaxing movements of tai chi. In this class, students will learn several series of moves that can be practiced at home or outside, and do exercises to improve balance and flexibility. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that can move freely on the floor.
