The State Library of Ohio has created a list of online resources to assist individuals in dealing with the issues associated with the challenging economic climate in which we find ourselves.  This site, which you can access from the red, white, and blue "Find Help in Tough Times" button on the right-hand side of the page, provides useful information concerning housing, parenting, employment, financial assistance, help for senior citizens, and health and wellness.  

Staff at PCDL have also created a Job & Career Information page that provides you with access to job listings and assistance with a more local/regional focus.  You will also find many books, fliers, pamphlets, and other information concerning employment and education at the New Lexington Library's Career & Education Center.  We hope that all of these efforts communicate that libraries are here to help.
