We are excited to announce that the Perry County District Library is beginning a home delivery service for those with barriers that keep them from visiting the library in person
Qualifying Home Delivery Patrons may include those with:
- Chronic Illness or Condition
- Caregiver Responsibilities
- Temporary Illness or Condition
- Visual Impairment
- Disability
- No Transportation
- Other Barriers
Interested in becoming a home delivery patron? There are four ways to apply:
- Print off an application from the documents below
- Pick up an application from your local library branch
- Call to have an application mailed to you
- Fill out an Online Application below!
