<p>Adults, it's time for the 2024-2025 Winter Reading Challenge!&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Pre-registration <strong>on Beanstack only </strong>runs November 1 - December 8. Any reading logged done during the pre-registration period <strong>will not </strong>count toward the Winter Reading Challenge</li><li>Register on Beanstack or pick up a paper tracker at any PCDL branch at any time throughout the WRP. There is <strong>no </strong>registration deadline.</li><li>Read and track your time between December 9 - January 18.</li></ul><p>Keeping the same format of last year, participants will have the opportunity to read and earn entries into our grand prize drawing that will consist of a Keurig Mini, a set of reusable K-Cups, and a reading journal to track your favorite books and reading trends in the new year!&nbsp;</p><p>This year's theme is WINTER GHOSTS!&nbsp;</p><p>Up to 105 hours read, per participant, will be counted toward the Winter Reading Challenge grand prize entries. Those interested in participating can log their information in one of two ways:</p><ol><li>Beanstack: Using Beanstack, participants will log their time read via the mobile app or the online link.<ol><li><a href="https://pcdl.beanstack.org/reader365">Login on your PC/Mac with Beanstack</a></li><li><a href="https://apps.apple.com/us/app/beanstack-tracker/id1360324277">Get the Beanstack app for Apple devices</a></li><li><a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.beanstack&amp;hl=en_U… the Beanstack app for Android devices</a></li></ol></li><li>Paper Tracker: Using the paper tracker (provided at all PCDL locations), participants will log their time read by checking off boxes for every 60 minutes.<ol><li>Please note, those opting to use a paper tracker must return it to any PCDL branch no later than close of business on January 18, 2025 to be included in the grand prize drawing.</li></ol></li></ol><p>The Grand Prize Drawing will be held January 21, 2025.</p><p>Please contact the library with questions or for more details.&nbsp;</p>
