<p>Join us throughout the month of March 2025 for our special, grant funded Homeschool Program: Thinking Money for Kids series. This second series will be hosted at our Somerset branch! &nbsp;Thinking Money for Kids is an initiative of the American Library Association and the FINRA Investor Education Foundation. &nbsp;This series is open to all area homeschoolers from preschool through 12th grade.</p><p>Each week, Homeschoolers will learn about a new financial topic through hands-on games, activities, and crafts.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>March 3rd at 10:30 am: Currency Conga will focus on currency recognition (younger learners) and money math (older learners)&nbsp;</li><li>March 10th at 10:30 am: Piggy Bank Theater will focus on the balance between earning, spending, &amp; saving&nbsp;</li><li>March 17th at 10:30 am: Making Mooo-lah will focus on all things entrepreneurship such as needs vs wants, income vs expenses, &amp; profits vs loss.&nbsp;</li><li>March 24th at 10:30 am: Penny Pinchers’ Party will focus on budgeting, basic business relationships, and the difference between value &amp; cost&nbsp;</li><li>March 31st at 10:30 am: Pet Cents will focus on financially responsible budgeting, essential expenses, &amp; coping with unexpected financial needs</li></ul><p>Homeschoolers can attend all 5 sessions or choose the topic(s) that most interest them.</p><p>Registration is required, so please register at <a href="https://www.pcdl.org">www.pcdl.org</a&gt; today!</p>
