Gentle Yoga is a chair-based yoga program that can be done sitting on a chair or using the chair for support while standing. Perfect for all ages and any yoga skill sets, this program will be offered in 8-week sessions.

Join Burr Oak Naturalist Julie Gee to learn how to be safe outdoors.  Topics will include tick safety, poisonous plant i.d., backpack necessities for hiking and basic water safety.  Come prepared to participate in hands-on learning activities!

We will also be making a fun nature craft for tweens to use with all of their summer adventure photos.

Teens, join us at the Somerset Branch for an afternoon of self-care! Learn tips and techniques to handle stress management before finishing the afternoon with a gentle yoga session provided by Perry County Behavioral Health Choices!

All participants will leave with a self-care goodie bag at the end of the program. All participants will earn a virtual badge on Beanstack for the Summer Reading Program.
