Homeschool: Building Bridges

Sixty-six years ago, on this date (November 1, 1957) the Mackinac Bridge opened to traffic.  Homeschoolers will have the opportunity to learn the history of how the 5th longest suspension bridge in the world came to be, to study the bridge's structural design, and to recreate the bridge using a variety of provided materials.
