Gentle Yoga - New Lexington

Gentle Yoga is a chair-based yoga program that can be done sitting on a chair or using the chair for support while standing. Perfect for all ages and any yoga skill sets, this program will be offered in 8-week sessions.

Registration is REQUIRED. Spots are limited to 15.

**There will be no yoga on October 27, November 24, or December 1**

Eat Smart, Live Strong is a program aimed to improve fruit and vegetable consumption and physical activity. It has social and interactive sessions for adults. Participants will learn home exercises, new recipes, and budgeting tips to make healthy behavior changes. 

This program is open to adults of all ages. Separate registration is required.
