Gentle Yoga - Somerset

Gentle Yoga is a chair-based yoga program that can be done sitting on a chair or using the chair for support while standing. Perfect for all ages and any yoga skill sets, this program will be held at the Somerset Branch Library on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month, September through December.

**In partnership with Karissa Carpenter, Certified Yoga Instructor**

Registration is REQUIRED. Spots are limited to 20.

Owls
Join the PCDL staff as we discover fun facts about owls, paint DIY ceramic owls, and end with an edible owl!  Each family will receive an owl pellet to take home and dissect as they continue the study of these amazing creatures.
